Develops, evaluates, and implements cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods that support product specifications, quality standards, and operational efficiency. Leads cross-functional teams in evaluating cell layouts, tooling, jigs/fixtures, and production operations to establish and document best practices.
Qualifications
- ▸Associate’s degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering or related field is preferred.
- ▸Must have knowledge of computers, manufacturing practices, tools and fixturing.
- ▸Ability to communicate verbally, in writing and make presentations.
- ▸Ability to work with vendors, customers, and employees.
